Chicago’s very own Al Scorch is a banjo-picking songwriter known for his entertaining live performances and humorous viral videos on Instagram and TikTok. Al Scorch & Friends String Band features Al alongside some of Chicago's most talented acoustic players, performing original songs, deep-cut covers, traditional tunes, and selections from the city’s folk canon. It’s all about a lively, welcoming atmosphere.
